During scheduled dry-docking or emergency repairs, NSSM provides hands-on project coordination, budgeting, vendor liaison, and quality assurance. We minimize downtime and maximize performance through meticulous planning and trusted shipyard partnerships.

Our Superintendent’s are closely involved in the dry docking of the vessel, right from pre-dock inspections, dockyard negotiations, repair scope optimization, and post-project cost negotiations. Our technical team prepares detailed work scopes covering hull treatments, steel renewal, propulsion systems overhaul, ballast water system retrofitting, or energy saving / optimising devices or projects.

We prioritize our customer specific requirements, including new projects like Silicon hull painting, Bulbous bow refit, Data Collection Systems, any other Vessel specific automation projects, etc.
